Job summary

Clearwater Paper seeks an entry-level Service Crew member at the Cypress Bend facility in Arkansas. You will be involved in learning all areas of the plant, supporting operations, housekeeping, and ensuring high-quality product output.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years in manufacturing, production, or labor-intensive work.
• Must follow safety procedures and PPE use.
• Able to work in temperature extremes and a loud environment.
• Able to lift 40–50 lbs frequently and over 50 lbs with team lifting.
• Willing to work a 12-hour rotating shift including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing and transporting product across the site.
• Work with Operators during downtime, machine changes, and start ups.
• Assist crews in quality decisions and clean-ups.
• Provide coverage as a relief for Operators during vacations/time off.
• Perform minor maintenance activities and assist Maintenance Team as needed.
• Inspect equipment and advise Operators on safety and operation.
• Maintain clean working environment and follow procedural housekeeping.
• Attend required training and follow safety rules (lockout/tagout).
• Operate and inspect equipment to meet environmental regulations and reporting requirements.
