Qualifications

• No prior automotive service advisor experience required; customer service, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and active listening skills.
• High energy with a can-do attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experience by greeting clients and liaising with service technicians.
• Learn and support the service process; assist with inspection paperwork and communicate results.
• Proactively communicate with customers, updating on repair progress and expectations.
• Build relationships to convert first-time visitors into loyal clients through honesty.
