Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Customer Experience: Warmly greet clients, actively listen to vehicle concerns, and serve as the friendly liaison between customers and service technicians.

• Learn & Support the Service Process: Shadow experienced team members, assist with multi-point inspection paperwork, and learn how to clearly communicate diagnostic results to customers.

• Proactive Communication: Keep customers consistently informed throughout the repair process, managing expectations from drop-off through active vehicle delivery.

• Build Relationships: Cultivate lasting relationships that turn first-time visitors into lifelong, loyal clients through honesty and transparency.

Qualifications

• Experience: No prior automotive service advisor experience required! Customer service, retail, or hospitality experience is a big plus.
