Qualifications

• Proven customer service experience is required.
• Experience as an automotive service advisor preferred.
• Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid state driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out and gather vehicle information.
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments.
• Provide safe shuttle service for guests using the branded vehicle.
• Assist the shop with parts intake and clerical tasks.
• Keep the facility clean and organized and support team members as needed.
• Engage guests professionally to build trust and relationships.
