You will monitor SPC, document procedures, and contribute to experiments that improve fabrication methods, with close collaboration across production and engineering teams.

The role emphasizes cross-functional teamwork, process documentation, and learning the Labtrax MES system, while supporting safe, organized manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Science or Engineering (or equivalent combination of education/experience).
• Entry-level position; semiconductor process experience desirable but not required.
• ISO 9001 knowledge and SPC exposure are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Sustain SPC of production processes and document process controls.
• Develop new processes for product releases and improve yields.
• Own process equipment; coordinate with maintenance and generate safe operation instructions.
• Own process area; ensure safe, organized startup/shutdown and report issues to management.
• Collaborate in engineering discussions and report progress on projects.
