Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering or related field (BS required).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and teamwork in cross-functional settings.
• Ability to apply engineering principles to real-world manufacturing data.

Responsibilities

• Apply engineering fundamentals to support semiconductor manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Analyze data to identify trends, problems, and solutions.
• Assist investigations, containment, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Plan and execute experiments and trials; analyze results and communicate conclusions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve safety, quality, yield, and productivity.
• Develop and document engineering procedures, reports, and dashboards.
• Support introduction, qualification, and optimization of processes and equipment.
• Support project planning, milestones tracking, and timely delivery of actions.
• Present findings to engineers, technicians, and leadership.
• Build technical capability through hands-on assignments and mentoring.
