Qualifications

• Heading into Junior or Senior year of a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related degree.

Responsibilities

• Learn about and help Module Engineers collect data and improve performance of equipment and processes in EFK onsemi manufacturing.
• Internship Project may include developing new processes or controls, evaluating materials and equipment, and troubleshooting issues to improve yield and device performance.
• Communicate clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams while ensuring safety and quality standards.
