Datawatch Systems is offering an entry level career opportunity for eager and dependable candidates in Maryland. You will gain in demand electronic security skills through on-the-job and classroom training, learning installation techniques, building and fire code, and access control/CCTV fundamentals.

Starting wage is $20/hour with benefits and paid time off. You must be willing to submit to drug screening and a background check as part of pre-employment screening.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Eligible to obtain a valid state driver's license and maintain a safe driving record.
• High school diploma (GED equivalent) required.
• Technical/Trade/Vocational schooling or experience in electronics/electrical is desirable but not required.
• Able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds; climb stairs and ladders while carrying weight.

Responsibilities

• Learn proper installation techniques and building/fire/life safety code basics.
• Gain hands-on experience with access control and CCTV fundamentals.
• Assist with on-site installations and maintain safe work practices.
