Job summary

STV Incorporated in Pompano Beach, FL is seeking a Junior Scheduler to join our Project Controls team. This early-career role focuses on scheduling support while gaining exposure to document control and project administration in a dynamic AEC environment.

You will assist with developing and maintaining schedules in Primavera P6, coordinate with project teams, and perform essential document control tasks. Strong communication and organizational skills are a must.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related equivalent experience.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Some exposure to project scheduling concepts; Primavera P6 familiarity preferred but not required.
• Willingness to perform document control and project support duties.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Support development, maintenance, and updating of project schedules under guidance.
• Assist with schedule updates, progress tracking, and basic reporting.
• Assist with schedule deliverables using Primavera P6 or similar tools.
• Support day‑to‑day document control activities and project administration.
