Job summary

STV Incorporated seeks a Junior Scheduler to join our Project Controls team in Nashville, TN or Atlanta, GA. This early-career role offers exposure to scheduling, coordination, and document control, while supporting scheduling efforts and project administration.

You will work under supervision, develop schedules with Primavera P6, coordinate with project teams, and gain hands-on experience in reporting, filing, and communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Controls, or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Some exposure to project scheduling concepts; Primavera P6 familiarity preferred.
• Willingness to perform document control and administrative project support duties.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Assist with development, maintenance, and updating of project schedules under guidance.
• Support schedule updates, progress tracking, and basic schedule reporting.
• Assist with schedule deliverables using Primavera P6.
• Participate in project meetings providing schedule-related support.
• Support day-to-day document control activities and filing.
• Maintain organized electronic filing systems per standards.
• Assist with tracking correspondence, submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, schedules, and other records.
• Interface with project managers, engineers, inspectors.
• Prepare basic written communications, logs, and reports.
• Coordinate across disciplines to ensure information is complete and current.
