Job summary

STV Incorporated is seeking a Junior Scheduler to join our Project Controls team in Nashville, TN or Atlanta, GA. This early-career role offers exposure to scheduling, coordination, and document control within a dynamic project environment.

You will assist with developing and maintaining schedules, support progress tracking and reporting, and gain hands-on experience with Primavera P6 while taking on document control and project administration responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Controls, or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Exposure to scheduling concepts; Primavera P6 familiarity preferred but not required.
• Willingness to perform document control and admin project support.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development, maintenance, and updating of project schedules under guidance of senior project controls or scheduling staff.
• Support schedule updates, progress tracking, and basic schedule reporting.
• Assist with schedule deliverables using Primavera P6 or similar scheduling tools.
• Participate in internal and external project meetings as needed, providing schedule-related support.
• Support day-to-day document control activities and administrative project support duties.
• Maintain organized electronic filing systems and project records.
• Interface professionally with project managers, engineers, inspectors, and other stakeholders; prepare written communications.
