STV, Inc. seeks a Junior Scheduler to join our Project Controls team in Pompano Beach, FL. This early-career opportunity offers exposure to scheduling, coordination, and document control within a growing team.

The role supports scheduling efforts while handling document control and project administration, requiring strong organization and effective communication with project teams. The position is not eligible for sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM, Eng, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience or exposure to project scheduling concepts (Primavera P6 preferred).
• Willingness to perform document control and administrative project support duties.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Assist with development, maintenance, and updating of project schedules under guidance of senior staff.
• Support schedule updates, progress tracking, and basic schedule reporting.
• Assist with schedule deliverables using Primavera P6 or similar tools.
• Participate in project meetings providing schedule support.
• Support day-to-day document control activities and filing.
• Maintain organized electronic filing systems per standards.
• Track correspondence, submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, schedules, and other records.
• Support project controls reporting and administrative tasks.
• Interface with project managers, engineers, inspectors, and stakeholders.
• Prepare basic written communications, logs, and reports.
• Coordinate across disciplines to keep project information current.
