Qualifications

• Ability to use precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, gauges).
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn various production equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain machines used to sharpen/grind carbide saw blades.
• Inspect blades for cracks, chips, and repairs.
• Perform repairs including removing/replacing damaged tips using a torch and braze shaft.
• Assist with shipping and receiving tasks to support operations.
• Perform preventive maintenance and keep a clean, safe work area following 6S principles.

We are seeking an entry-level Saw Grinder I/Sandblaster to join our team. In this role, you will learn to operate and manage multiple machines for sharpening carbide saw blades.
