Total Quality Logistics (TQL) is seeking an entry-level Sales Associate to join our Louisville, KY team. You will build a book of business, prospect new customers, and learn our high-volume sales process while earning uncapped commissions.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Entry Level Sales position based in Louisville, KY with uncapped commission. The role focuses on building and managing a book of business by prospecting new customers, nurturing relationships, and understanding their freight and logistics needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include making high-volume outbound calls, negotiating pricing with customers and carriers, and coordinating shipments to ensure on-time delivery. The role involves tracking loads, resolving service issues, collaborating with internal support teams, and maintaining accurate records in TQL’s systems. Team members are expected to learn TQL’s sales process, actively participate in ongoing training, and consistently work toward sales targets and career advancement.
