Job summary

SmartRoof is seeking a field-based roofing sales professional in North Carolina. You will meet homeowners, inspect roofs for damage, and guide clients through insurance restoration, with a clear path to leadership and high earnings potential.

Base pay plus monthly bonuses and uncapped commissions drive year-one earnings from $70K to $100K, and year two from $100K to $200K+. Training, mentorship, and leadership growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

What You’ll Do

This is a field-based roofing sales role. You’ll meet with homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods, inspect roofs for wind and hail damage, and guide homeowners through the insurance restoration process — helping them save up to 95% on a full roof replacement.
