SmartRoof is hiring an entry-level roofing sales professional, offering a real career path from day one. This role provides comprehensive training and a clear path from an entry-level rep to leadership, with support and mentorship to help you succeed.

You’ll meet homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods, inspect roofs for wind and hail damage, and guide the restoration process through insurance. Expect a performance-driven plan with paid training, weekly coaching, and uncapped commissions.

What You’ll Do

This is a field-based roofing sales role. You’ll meet with homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods, inspect roofs for wind and hail damage, and guide homeowners through the insurance restoration process — helping them save up to 95% on a full roof replacement.
