About the Role

The Hoffmann Agency, a partner of Symmetry Financial Group, seeks motivated sales representatives to join our team. We focus on protecting families nationwide through life and health insurance, mortgage protection, and financial advisement. This is a commission-based role with uncapped earnings, paid daily.

Part-Time Agent: 15-20 hours/week, potential earnings $30,000-$60,000+ in the first year.

Full-Time Agent: 30-35 hours/week, potential earnings $80,000-$180,000+ in the first year.

Agency Owners can generate $200,000-$500,000+ annually, with opportunities to build teams and gain ownership of their agencies, creating passive income and legacy building.
