Farmers Insurance – Twin Cities is looking for an Insurance Sales Consultant to join our onsite team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys talking with people, solving problems, and helping customers make confident decisions.

No insurance experience is required. We’ll help you learn the products, develop your insurance knowledge, and build the sales skills you need to succeed.

As a full-cycle sales professional, you’ll work with customers from the initial conversation through the close—learning about their needs, explaining coverage options, recommending solutions, and helping them protect what matters most.

What You’ll Do

• Connect with prospective and existing customers to understand their insurance needs
• Build rapport and establish trust with customers
• Ask thoughtful questions to uncover coverage needs and opportunities
