Position

Full‑time Sales Development Representative. Hiring immediately. Engage with new and existing customers to identify home remodeling needs and provide solutions. After MBA‑style classroom training, develop top‑tier communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. This base‑salary + commission role is a launchpad into other positions within the business.

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities

• Be the frontline expert on Victory’s products and services, presenting them to clients in a digestible way.
• Act as customers’ first interaction with Victory, serving as brand ambassador and spokesperson.
• Resolve customer questions and concerns quickly with excellent service.
• Achieve daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Collaborate and build connections with team members and other departments.
• Continuously learn industry best practices and trends.
• Reach highest potential while enjoying time with the best people.
