Job summary

Victory Home Remodeling is seeking a full-time Sales Development Representative to engage with new and existing customers, identify remodeling needs, and present tailored solutions. After several weeks of our MBA-style classroom training, you will be equipped with advanced communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to succeed in a base-salary plus commission role.

You will achieve daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals while collaborating with team members to deliver

Compensation and Benefits

• $4,500 signing bonus – the highest in the industry.
• Base salary $70,000–$90,000 plus commission and bonuses.
