Victory Home Remodeling is seeking a full-time Sales Development Representative to engage with customers, identify remodeling needs, and offer tailored solutions. After MBA-style classroom training, you will excel in a base-salary plus commission role.

The position includes a $4,500 signing bonus, base salary of $70,000–$90,000 with commissions and bonuses, plus extensive benefits and team-building activities. In-person work location and 8-hour shifts are required.
