Infinity Business Group is seeking highly-driven Sales Representatives to connect with local business owners and decision-makers in the community. You’ll receive superb training, support for licensure, and a path to leadership as you grow your referral-based clientele.

You control a flexible full-time schedule with no weekends or evenings required, and strong earnings potential, including bonuses and travel opportunities as you advance.

Position Description:

We will teach you how to connect with business owners and key decision-makers at local businesses through in-person meetings. You will find that one of the amazing things about our coverage is that it can benefit ANYONE – individuals, small businesses, and huge corporations. The sky is the limit in terms of who you want to work with. There is no requirement to go through payroll, and there is no minimum group size. As early as 3 months into your career, you will have the opportunity to step into a leadership role.

• Experience is NOT required. We have superb training and ongoing professional development, focused on growing your referral-based clientele base. We also assist with the licensure process (3-10 days to study and pass the state exam) and offer full reimbursement for licensure expenses ($200-300).
• Meet and build relationships with business owners, their employees, and other community members to offer them our industry-leading financial protection. We have a A+ rating with the BBB and AM Best.
• Utilize the business tools provided to you to help grow your clientele base, including our custom-built CRM system.
• Demonstrate empathy and 5-star customer service.
• Create and run your own full-time schedule, no weekends or evenings required.

Qualifications:

• You must be willing to be out in the community, not behind a desk. This is not a phone or computer-based position.

We offer:

• $60,000 - $90,000+ first year potential and $120-160k within 3 years
• A clear path for quick advancement within your control (within your first 3 months), not based on politics
• Cash Bonuses ($250 - $3,000 per month)
• Stock Bonuses ($2,000 per quarter)
