Pinnacle Home Improvements in Knoxville, TN is seeking an entry-level Sales Representative to join our full-time team. You’ll represent us in local communities, introduce homeowners to our exterior remodeling services, and learn through paid training.

No experience required; we value drive and coachability. You’ll earn base pay with uncapped bonuses, plus ongoing coaching, and clear opportunities to grow into sales and leadership roles.

What You’ll Do

As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you’ll represent Pinnacle Home Improvements in local communities and introduce homeowners to our exterior remodeling services. You’ll:

Previous Sales Experience Is Not Required.

Experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, athletics, marketing, or other competitive environments can be helpful, but your attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn matter more to us than your resume.

Schedule

First Week – Paid Training: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Regular Field Schedule

Includes 1–2 weekly in-office meetings and training sessions.

• Tuesday & Thursday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

This role is for individuals who are ready to win.

This role requires you to get outside your comfort zone. You’ll work in the field, talk to people you’ve never met, hear 'no,' and be challenged to improve.
