What You’ll Do

As an Entry‑Level Sales Representative, you’ll represent Pinnacle Home Impro­vement in local communities and introduce homeowners to our exterior remodeling services.

• Engage with homeowners through face‑to‑face residential outreach
• Build rapport and identify potential home improvement needs
• Educate homeowners about Pinnacle's roofing, windows, siding, gutters, and door services
• Generate interest and schedule free consultations with our in‑home sales team
• Work toward individual and team performance goals
• Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and team meetings
• Professionally represent the Pinnacle brand in the communities we serve

Previous Sales Experience Is Not Required.

Experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, athletics, marketing, or other competitive environments can be helpful, but your attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn matter more to us than your resume.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to walk and work outdoors for extended periods
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
• Willingness to be coached and held accountable to performance expectations

Schedule

First Week – Paid Training: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Regular Field Schedule: Includes 1–2 weekly in‑office meetings and training sessions.

• Monday & Wednesday: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• Tuesday & Thursday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
