Job summary

Pinnacle Home Improvement Company LLC in Charlotte, NC seeks ambitious sales professionals to offer exterior remodeling solutions–roofing, siding, windows and gutters–to homeowners in your home market territory. You will build trust, demonstrate our products, and guide customers through financing options to a close with a strong customer experience.

We provide 3 weeks of paid training, ongoing coaching, and a transparent path to earnings with uncapped commissions and performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience with a proven results track record.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Coachable and open to feedback; capable of presenting and closing.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to home market territory.

Responsibilities

• Build trust with homeowners and present tailored exterior remodeling solutions.
• Demo products and explain value during site visits.
• Navigate financing conversations and close deals while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage referrals.

What You Will Do

• Build trust with homeowners and deliver tailored solutions for their exterior home remodeling projects, including roofing, siding, windows, doors, and gutter systems.
• Present and demonstrate products with confidence and clarity
• Navigate financing conversations and position value effectively
• Close deals at a high level while maintaining a strong customer experience
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure operational precision
• Generate referrals and identify additional opportunities

• 2 plus years of sales experience with a track record of results

• Confidence in presenting, negotiating, and closing

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders for attic inspections
• Valid driver's license
