Grote Automotive - Elkhart is seeking a motivated Automotive Sales Representative to join our team in Indiana. We’re open to applicants at all experience levels, offering training and growth opportunities while you learn the business and develop into a confident salesperson.

Match people with the right vehicle — walk customers through options and show them what could be a great fit.
Take test drives — let customers experience the vehicles for themselves and help make the process exciting.
Stay in touch — follow up with customers, answer questions, and keep opportunities moving forward.
Set goals and chase them — push yourself to improve, sell more, and become better every day.

As an Automotive Sales Representative, you’ll:

Good news — you don’t need to be a car expert! We can teach you the cars. We’re looking for someone who brings the right attitude and wants to succeed.

There’s Just One Must-Have:

A valid driver’s license — absolutely required!

Sales experience? Great!
