One of our clients in the health insurance industry is hiring Entry Level Sales Representatives for their downtown Chicago Loop office. This is a fully in-office role — candidates must be able to work onsite daily.

They’re also open to candidates willing to relocate to the Chicago area.

• Typical first-year earnings: $60,000–$75,000
• Second-year earnings: $65,000–$90,000+ (based on performance)
• Monthly bonuses + commission

What to Expect:

There’s no cold calling—you’ll handle inbound, warm leads from people actively seeking health insurance.

You’ll be on the phone constantly, making 50–100 calls per day, and operating in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Handle inbound calls and assist customers with health insurance enrollment
• Follow up with leads and provide expert-level service and recommendations
• Build strong relationships through consultative selling
• Upsell additional products when appropriate
• Hit daily/weekly call and sales metrics
• Stay compliant with all legal and licensing requirements
• Contribute to a supportive and performance-oriented team culture
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Comfort spending the majority of the day on the phone
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Professional demeanor and phone presence
• Ability to pass the state health insurance licensing exam
• Willingness to work onsite every day in the Chicago Loop (relocation assistance not provided, but relocation candidates are welcome)
