New Business Sales Executive – Inside Sales

Much like the Airbnb model, we have transformed the way the dental industry sources their talent by creating an online marketplace where practices choose from hundreds of verified professionals in their area and empower professionals to build a thriving career.

Position Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to own your own sales territory in a start-up environment and influence the growth of the next hyper-growth marketplace. In an entirely remote position, you will introduce our talent marketplace to Practices seeking an alternative to their outdated, high-cost and ineffectual staffing alternatives. This is a high-velocity sales environment that requires strong communication skills and a dedication to achieving our sales and growth goals.

If you like the idea of building something and ‘getting in early’ this role is for you. You won't be just a cog in a wheel, you'll be able to look back down the road and say "I helped build this."You'll play a key role within our successful sales team and be supported by training and ongoing marketing campaigns to provide a steady volume of pipeline opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Utilizing our successful methodology to contact prospects within your region
  • Nurture and build sales pipeline in your assigned region by capitalizing on both inbound and outbound leads and by developing your own leads through email and cold calling
  • Present our marketplace solution to prospective customers
  • Achieve monthly acquisition goals

Qualifications

  • Proven sales success in a new business environment
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Understanding of sales process and best practices - preferably within a direct, B2B outbound sales environment
  • Energetic, proactive and tenacious
  • Remote work experience preferred
  • Seeking Candidates in PST or MST time zones
