Job summary

SmartRoof is hiring for a field-based roofing sales role in the Annandale, VA area. You will meet homeowners, inspect roofs for wind and hail damage, and guide them through the insurance restoration process, aiming to save them money and deliver confidence from diagnosis to close.

You'll start with comprehensive training, enjoy uncapped commissions, and opportunities to advance into leadership roles. This is a performance-driven, outdoor sales career with strong earning potential and ongoing

Qualifications

• Competitive, coachable, and self-motivated.
• Comfortable working outdoors and on rooftops in all seasons.
• Background in sales, construction, retail, customer service, hospitality, athletics or military is a plus - not required.

What You'll Do

This is a field-based roofing sales role. You'll meet with homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods, inspect roofs for wind and hail damage, and guide homeowners through the insurance restoration process - helping them save up to 95% on a full roof replacement.

Compensation & Benefits

Year 1: $70,000-$100,000+

Year 2: $100,000-$200,000+
