SmartRoof is seeking a field-based roofing sales rep to begin a career in roofing sales, with a clear progression path from entry-level to leadership. You will receive training and support to help you succeed, regardless of prior experience.

You’ll meet homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods, inspect roofs for wind and hail damage, and guide customers through insurance restoration, delivering a responsive, professional experience from first contact to close.

What You'll Do

This is a field-based roofing sales role. You'll meet with homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods, inspect roofs for wind and hail damage, and guide homeowners through the insurance restoration process — helping them save up to 95% on a full roof replacement.

Compensation & Benefits

Year 1: $70,000–$100,000+
Year 2: $100,000–$200,000+
