SmartRoof is seeking motivated individuals for a field-based roofing sales career in Center Square, PA. You’ll meet homeowners, inspect roofs for damage, and guide them through insurance restoration, aiming to help save on full roof replacements.

Entry to leadership is possible with coaching, mentorship, and weekly training. Expect a strong earning trajectory with base pay plus commissions and incentives.

What You'll Do

This is a field-based roofing sales role. You'll meet with homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods, inspect roofs for wind and hail damage, and guide homeowners through the insurance restoration process - helping them save up to 95% on a full roof replacement.

Compensation & Benefits

Year 1: $70,000-$100,000+

Year 2: $100,000-$200,000+
