What does the part-time position involve?

Basic responsibilities involve working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and placing any orders. Our products are used in the home, focusing on the kitchen and gardening tools. The position offers a great starting base pay (paid weekly) that isn't based on sales or results, but incentives are possible based on performance. No previous experience is needed. We provide all necessary training for success.

Compensation

Reps are paid a $25.00 base per appointment (not based on sales or results), with a performance-based commission structure available. There is potential to earn more, but a fallback income is provided even during off weeks.

Training and Career Development

We have over 40 years of experience training successful reps. Even if someone doesn't stay long-term, the sales, networking, and communication skills gained are valuable in any field. Long-term reps can advance into management or professional sales roles.

Flexible Scheduling

We assist reps in creating schedules that suit their needs. Some work full-time, others part-time, and many earn extra income around other commitments such as classes or family. Discuss our summer work program with the manager.

Work Environment

Reps work from home and locally after training. Most meetings and training sessions are held in the office.
