What does the part-time position involve?

Basic responsibilities include working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and processing orders. Our products focus on kitchen and gardening tools used in the home. The position offers a great starting base pay (paid weekly) that isn't based on sales or results, but incentives may be available based on performance. No previous experience is needed as we provide all necessary training.

Compensation

Reps are paid a $27.00 base per appointment (not based on sales or results), with potential for additional commissions based on performance. There is an opportunity to earn more, but a fallback income is provided even during slow weeks.

Training and Career Growth

We have over 40 years of experience training successful salespeople. The skills gained—sales, networking, communication—are valuable in any field. Long-term reps can advance into management or sales professional roles.

Flexible Scheduling

We assist our reps in creating schedules that suit their needs. Some work full-time, others part-time, around classes, other jobs, or family commitments. Discuss our summer work program with the manager.

Work Environment

Reps work from home and locally after training, with most meetings and training held in the office.
