What does the part-time position involve?

Basic responsibilities include working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and processing orders. Our products focus on kitchen and gardening tools used in the home. The position offers a competitive base pay (paid weekly) that isn't dependent on sales results, with potential incentives based on performance. No prior experience is required as we provide comprehensive training.

Compensation

Reps are paid a $20.00 base per appointment (not based on sales) or a performance-based commission structure. There is potential to earn more, but a guaranteed income fallback exists even during off weeks.

Training and Career Growth

With over 40 years of training success, we help our reps develop sales, networking, and communication skills valuable in any field. Long-term reps can pursue management or professional sales careers.

Work Schedule and Environment

We assist in creating flexible schedules tailored to individual needs. Some work full-time, others part-time, around other commitments. Most meetings and training sessions are held in the office, but after training, reps work from home and locally.
