Responsibilities

Basic responsibilities include working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and processing orders. Our products focus on kitchen and gardening tools used in the home. The position offers a competitive starting base pay (paid weekly) that isn't dependent on sales results, with potential performance incentives. No prior experience is necessary; we provide comprehensive training.

Compensation

Reps are paid a $25.00 base per appointment (not based on sales or results), with an optional performance-based commission structure. There is potential to earn more, but a fallback income is guaranteed even during slow weeks.

Training and Growth

With over 40 years of training success, we help our reps develop sales, networking, and communication skills valuable in any field. Long-term reps can pursue management or professional sales careers.

Work Schedule

We assist in creating flexible schedules to suit individual needs. Some work full-time, others part-time, around classes, other jobs, or family commitments. Discuss our summer work program with the manager. Reps work from home and locally after training, with most meetings and training held in the office.
