Entry Level Sales Rep, Work from Home Remotely

What does the part-time position involve?

Basic responsibilities include working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and processing orders. Our products focus on kitchen and gardening tools used in the home. The position offers a competitive starting base pay (paid weekly) that isn't dependent on sales or results, though performance-based incentives are possible. No prior experience is needed as we provide all necessary training.

Compensation

Reps are paid a $22.00 base per appointment (not based on sales), with additional opportunities for commissions based on performance. There is potential to earn more, but a guaranteed income is provided even during off weeks.

Training and Career Development

We have over 40 years of experience training successful salespeople. Skills gained here, such as sales, networking, and communication, are valuable in any field. Long-term reps can pursue management or professional sales careers.

Work Schedule and Environment

We support creating flexible schedules. Some work full-time, others part-time, fitting around commitments like classes or other jobs. Most meetings and training occur in our office, but after training, reps work from home and locally.

Requirements
