Entry Level Sales Rep, Work from Home Remotely

What does the position involve?

Responsibilities include working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and processing orders. Our products focus on kitchen and gardening tools used in the home. The position offers a great starting base pay (paid weekly) that isn't dependent on sales results, although performance-based incentives are available. No previous experience is needed as we provide all necessary training.

Compensation

Reps are paid a $22.00 base per appointment (not based on sales) or can opt for a performance-based commission structure. There is potential to earn more, but a fallback income is guaranteed even during off weeks.

Our company has been training successful salespeople for over 40 years. Skills gained here—sales, networking, communication—are valuable in any field. Long-term reps can pursue various career paths, including management and professional sales roles.

Work Schedule and Environment

We help our reps create flexible schedules that suit their commitments. Some work full-time, others part-time, fitting around classes, other jobs, or family. Most meetings and training are held in the office, with work from home and local visits after training.
