Entry Level Sales Rep, Work from Home Remotely

What does the position involve?

Responsibilities include working with customers, explaining American-made Cutco products, and processing orders. Our products focus on kitchen and gardening tools used in the home. The position offers a base pay (paid weekly) not dependent on sales, with potential performance incentives. No prior experience is needed; training is provided.

Compensation

Reps are paid a $24.00 base per appointment (not based on sales), with a performance-based commission option available. There is potential for higher earnings, but a minimum income is guaranteed even during slow weeks.

Training and Career Development

We have over 40 years of experience training successful reps. Skills gained—sales, networking, communication—are valuable in any field. Long-term reps can pursue management or professional sales roles.

Work Schedule and Environment

Reps can create flexible schedules that suit their commitments. Some work full-time, others part-time or around other responsibilities. After training, most work from home or locally. Meetings and training are primarily held in the office.
