Entry Level Sales Rep, Work from Home Remotely

What does the position involve?

Responsibilities include working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and processing orders. Our products focus on kitchen and gardening tools used in the home. The position offers a competitive starting base pay (paid weekly), which isn't based on sales or results, though performance incentives are available. No prior experience is needed; training is provided.

Compensation

Reps are paid a $24.00 base per appointment (not based on sales) or can earn commissions based on performance. There is potential to earn more, but a fallback income is guaranteed even during slow weeks.

Our experience

We've trained individuals for over 40 years. Even if they don't stay long-term, the sales, networking, and communication skills gained are valuable in any field.

Career progression

Long-term reps can advance into management or professional sales roles, even on a part-time basis.

Work schedule and location

We help create flexible schedules. Some work full-time, others part-time, and some earn extra income around other commitments. After training, most work from home or locally. Meetings and training are primarily held in our office.
