Responsibilities

Basic responsibilities include working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and processing orders. Our products focus on kitchen and gardening tools used in the home. The position offers a competitive starting base pay (paid weekly) that isn't solely based on sales, with potential incentives based on performance. No previous experience is necessary; we provide all required training.

Compensation

Reps are paid a $25.00 base per appointment (not based on sales or results), with an optional performance-based commission structure. There is potential to earn more, but a fallback income is guaranteed even during slow weeks.

Training & Career Development

With over 40 years of training success, we help our reps develop sales, networking, and communication skills applicable in any field. Long-term reps can pursue management or professional sales careers.

Work Schedule & Environment

We assist our reps in creating flexible schedules. Some work full-time, others part-time, and many earn extra income around other commitments. After training, most work from home or locally, with meetings and training held in the office.
