Entry Level Sales Rep, Work from Home Remotely

What does the position involve?

Responsibilities include working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and processing orders. Our products focus on kitchen and gardening tools used in the home. The position offers a base pay (paid weekly) that isn't dependent on sales, with potential incentives based on performance. No prior experience is necessary; training is provided.

Compensation

Reps are paid a $25.00 base per appointment (not based on sales) or a performance-based commission structure. There is potential to earn more, but a fallback income is guaranteed even during slow weeks.

Training and Career Growth

We have over 40 years of experience training successful reps. Skills gained—sales, networking, communication—are valuable in any field. Long-term reps can pursue management or professional sales careers.

Work Schedule and Environment

We assist reps in creating flexible schedules. Some work full-time, others part-time or around other commitments. Most meetings and training are held in our office; after training, reps work from home and locally.
