Entry Level Sales Rep, Work from Home Remotely

What does the part-time position involve?

Basic responsibilities include working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and processing orders. Our products focus on the kitchen and gardening tools used in the home. The position offers a competitive base pay (paid weekly) that isn't dependent on sales, with potential incentives based on performance. No prior experience is needed; training is provided.

Compensation

Reps are paid a $27.50 base per appointment (not based on sales) or a performance-based commission. There is potential to earn more, but a fallback income is guaranteed even during slow weeks.

Training and Career Development

We have over 40 years of experience training successful reps. Skills gained—sales, networking, communication—are valuable in any field. Long-term reps can pursue management or professional sales roles.

Work Schedule and Environment

We help our reps create flexible schedules. Some work full-time, others part-time or around other commitments. Most meetings and training occur in the office, but reps work from home and locally after training.
