Entry Level Sales Rep, Work from Home Remotely

Position Details

What does the part-time position involve? Basic responsibilities include working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and processing orders. Our products focus on the kitchen and gardening tools for home use. The position offers a great starting base pay (paid weekly) that isn't tied to sales or results, but incentives are possible based on performance. No prior experience is needed; we provide all necessary training.

Compensation: Reps are paid $25.00 per appointment (not based on sales or results) or can opt for a performance-based commission structure. There is potential to earn more, but a fallback income is guaranteed even during slow weeks.

Training and Career Development

We have over 40 years of experience training successful salespeople. The skills gained—sales, networking, communication—are valuable in any field. Long-term reps can pursue management or professional sales careers.

Work Schedule and Environment

We help our reps create flexible schedules that suit their needs. Some work full-time, others part-time or around other commitments. Most meetings and training occur in the office, but reps work from home and locally after training.
