What does the part-time position involve?

Basic responsibilities include working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and processing orders. Our products focus on kitchen and gardening tools. The position offers a competitive starting base pay (paid weekly), which isn't based on sales, but performance incentives are available. No prior experience is necessary; we provide all required training.

Compensation

Reps are paid a $25.00 base per appointment (not sales-based), with the possibility of earning commissions based on performance. There is potential to earn more, but a fallback income is guaranteed even during off weeks.

Training and Career Development

Work Schedule and Location

We assist reps in creating flexible schedules—some work full-time, others part-time, around other commitments. After training, most work from home or locally, with meetings and training held in the office.
