Townsquare Interactive, LLC is seeking an entry-level Sales role at our Downtown Phoenix office. Start your sales career with best-in-class training, hands-on coaching, and a structured program designed to help you grow fast, even with no prior experience.

Learn the sales process, make outbound calls to SMBs, tailor digital marketing solutions, and close new business through virtual demos. A BA/BS is preferred but not required; enjoy comprehensive training and clear advancement paths.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Learn the sales process through hands‑on training and live coaching
• Make outbound calls to small business owners and introduce them to our digital marketing platform
• Discover client needs and tailor solutions that drive real results
• Conduct virtual demos and close new business
• Focus on new client acquisition (no account management)
