Michael Page USA in Chicago is recruiting for our 2027 Sales Class. Build and manage a portfolio of clients, win new business, and own the recruitment process from first conversation through to placement.

You'll source and assess candidates, collaborate with clients to tailor hiring solutions, and negotiate contracts. Expect world-class training, uncapped commissions, generous time off, a 401K match, and a hybrid setup after ramp.

Responsabilidades

• Build and manage a portfolio of clients.
• Win new business through targeted outreach and lead generation across the area.
• Own the recruitment process from first conversation through to placement.
• Manage and grow your network of candidates and clients.
• Source, screen and assess candidates using online tools and platforms.
• Work with clients to understand needs and deliver hiring solutions.
• Run structured interviews to assess experience, capability and motivation.
• Lead contract and fee negotiations with potential clients.
