Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain a Life/Health insurance license.
• Proven industry experience is essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Must be self-motivated and results driven.
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass a criminal background check.
• Authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow existing client relationships.
• Generate new opportunities through referrals and networking.
• Conduct presentations to position Aflac's value.
• Educate employees on available benefits.
• Provide ongoing enrollment and service support.
• Attend team meetings and trainings.
