Based in Hernando, MS with flexible work options, the role offers commission-based earnings, bonuses, and a culture of development and community involvement with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and Healing Hearts Center.

Qualifications

• Life/Health license required or willingness to obtain quickly.
• Proven industry experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and results driven.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow existing client relationships.
• Generate new opportunities through referrals, networking, and prospecting.
• Conduct presentations with employers to position the value of Aflac.
• Educate employees on benefits packages and support enrollment needs.
• Provide ongoing enrollment, claims, and service support.
• Attend team meetings and trainings.
