Job summary

Cook’s Pest Control, Inc. is seeking an Entry Level Sales Representative (ELSR) in Alabama. This role focuses on Door-2-Door sales and building a path to Senior sales roles.

You will complete training and support technicians while developing sales leads and executing creative sales initiatives. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and a great attitude with a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• A Great Attitude and Work Ethic are expected.
• An acceptable Drug Test, Criminal Background check and Driving Record are required.

Responsibilities

• Secure D2D residential termite control, pest control, mosquito control, and specialized pest control sales.
• Secure C4 commercial pest control, termite control, mosquito control, and specialized pest control sales.
• Sell "previous owner" Sentricon sales to support real estate program.
• Work additional creative sales programs as directed by management.
• Inspect properties before submitting sales proposals.
• Maintain sales tools and reports; price services per pricing schedules.
• Address customer complaints per policy and escalate when needed.
• Assist Sales Manager in recruiting new representatives.
