Job summary

Cook’s Pest Control, Inc., a family-owned business, invites you to join Decatur as an Entry Level Sales Representative. This entry level role focuses on door-to-door residential/commercial pest control sales with strong training and a clear path to more senior sales positions.

Starting pay is $22/hour, and after training you’ll earn a competitive base plus commission, with a realistic potential to reach $80,000+ yearly. Company vehicle, benefits, 401(k), PTO, and advancement are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Great attitude and strong work ethic.
• Must pass a drug test and background/driving checks.

Responsibilities

• Secure D2D residential pest control, termite control, mosquito control, and related sales.
• Secure C4 commercial pest control, termite control, mosquito control, and related sales.
• Sell “previous owner” Sentricon sales to support real estate program.
• Work additional creative sales programs as determined by sales management.
• Inspect properties accurately before submitting sales proposals.
• Maintain sales reports and use assigned sales tools and pretlists.
